We loved the hotel's convenient location, as it was very close to the main attractions and within walking distance to some great restaurants. being close to the rail station made transportation around the city hassle-free. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was sufficient and helped us kickstart our day of exploring.

Convenient location with easy access to a grocery store and restaurants. Secure key code system for entrance and amenities. Comfortable and nicely decorated room. New bathroom with a great shower. Windows to enjoy the sound of church bells. Complimentary bottles of water. Good internet connection. 24-hour open kitchen area with useful amenities

We had a good stay at Grifoni Boutique. Our room was spacious and clean, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony offered a lovely spot to enjoy the sunshine. The location was superb, with easy access to the waterbus station and a short walk to the famous Rialto Bridge. The nearby supermarket and restaurants added to the convenience. The breakfast served by Teresa was delicious, and her warm hospitality made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Venice.

This hotel is conveniently located close to everything. It's just a short walk from the rail station and not far from the center. The rooms are modern and clean, with well-functioning air conditioning. The breakfast buffet is delicious and exceeds expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
The check-in process can be a bit cumbersome, as it requires going to a separate office located a distance away from the hotel.

All was ok, but if I had to give one suggestion, it would be to provide more mirrors in the rooms.
